The Birliksan HYD-2116 (BH-600) Hydraulic Punching Machine is a multi-functional powerhouse engineered to meet the demanding requirements of modern metal fabrication shops and industrial production lines. While maintaining a compact footprint to minimize floor space, it integrates plate, flat bar, angle iron, round, and square bar shearing alongside heavy-duty punching operations into a single machine, powered by a high-capacity 60-tons hydraulic system.

• Heavy-Duty Punching Performance: The robust punching station can accurately make holes up to Ø30 mm in diameter through 18 mm material thickness, or Ø20 mm holes through 12 mm plate thickness.

• Expandable Tooling Infrastructure: The machine features an adaptable design that allows for easy capacity expansion. Optional specialized punching tools can be integrated for processing NPU (U-channel: 140x60 mm) and NPI (I-beam: 140x66 mm) profiles based on production requirements.

• Configuration Capabilities: The IW-60 hydraulic press can operate with many different forming dies. Thanks to its large table dimensions, it allows for the operation of large dies.
