The Birliksan HYD-450 (BH-450) is an industrial-grade hydraulic ironworker (combined shearing and punching machine) specifically engineered for high-volume production lines, steel construction workshops, and heavy metal fabrication facilities. Integrating cutting, punching, and notching stations within a single rigid frame, this machine maximizes operational efficiency with its powerful 60-tons hydraulic cylinder capacity and a robust 4 kW motor.

Multi-Station Operational Performance: In addition to high-precision plate, flat bar, and angle profile shearing, it features a built-in square notching station as standard. This allows for seamless corner-notching operations (60/54 mm width/depth, up to 8 mm thickness) without requiring secondary machining.
High-Capacity Punching Station: Equipped with a heavy-duty hydraulic actuator, the punching station effortlessly punches smooth, clean holes up to Ø30 mm in diameter through 15 mm material thickness, or Ø26 mm holes through 20 mm plate thickness.
Extensive Material Processing Capabilities: Utilizing its heavy-duty standard blades, the machine shears 100x100x10 mm angle profiles and processes Ø30 mm solid round bars or 28 mm solid square bars without deformation.
Flexible and Expandable Modular Infrastructure: Complementing its factory-standard configurations, the machine can be custom-fitted with optional tooling to suit specific project needs, including a triangular notching die (60x60x6 mm), NPU (U-channel: 120x55 mm) and NPI (I-beam: 140x66 mm) shearing blades, and a flat bar bending tool (150x10 mm).
Featuring a highly stable heavy-duty chassis (900 kg), a 50 mm stroke length, and optimized ergonomic working station heights, the HYD-450 minimizes energy consumption while delivering maximum throughput, making it the most reliable production partner for your facility.
B series punch table can punch holes up to Ø30mm in angle irons and flat irons. The machine comes standard with B series punching table and B series punching clamp. The machine includes with 5 sets of round punch in your desired sizes between Ø8mm and Ø30mm. For larger diameters, you can request the optional C series punch table.

With angle iron blade set, you can cut angle irons up to 100x100x10mm. You can also cut square bars up to 28mm and round bars up to Ø30mm. The machine comes standard with angle blades. Blades can be made for cutting different profiles such as NPU, NPI, etc.

With flat iron cutting blade set, you can cut flat irons and sheet metals up to 300x15mm. The machine comes standard with 2 blades, one upper and one lower. You can also cut the ends of angle irons in the flat iron cutting section.

You can create square and triangular notches in sheet metal and angle iron materials with this square notcher die. The standard square notcher die has a notch depth of 54mm and a notch width of 60mm. You can also create triangular notches in the middle of 40x40x4mm angle iron. Additionally, you can create square notches in sheet metal materials up to 8mm thick. Its durable blades ensure maximum performance.
